Return Window

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us within this period.

Items Significantly Not as Described

If the item you received is significantly different from the product description (e.g., wrong item, major undisclosed defects), we will cover the return shipping costs. You will receive a full refund once the item is returned and inspected.

Buyer's Remorse / Change of Mind

If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (change of mind, no longer needed, etc.), returns are accepted but the return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. The item must be returned in the same condition as received.

Condition of Pre-Owned Items

Please note that many of our items are pre-owned. The condition of each item is clearly described and photographed on its product page. Normal wear consistent with the stated condition does not qualify for a return.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been altered, damaged by the buyer, or are missing original packaging/accessories may not be eligible for return.
