Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Item Not As Described

If the item you received is significantly not as described (wrong item, undisclosed damage, etc.), please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund upon confirming the item's condition.

Change of Mind

If you wish to return an item for a reason other than it being not as described, you may do so within 14 days of delivery. In this case, the return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility, and a refund will be issued upon our confirmation that the item is returned in its original condition.

How to Initiate a Return

Please contact us with your order number and reason for return before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable time.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale, or items damaged due to buyer mishandling after delivery, are not eligible for return.
