Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped directly from Japan via FedEx, DHL, or Japan Post. Every shipment includes a tracking number.
Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes are accepted before shipment. Once the item has been shipped, the address cannot be changed.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries only:
- United States
- Canada
- Australia
If your country is not listed, please contact us — we may be able to arrange shipping on a case-by-case basis.
Estimated Delivery Time
- United States: 7–14 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- Australia: 7–14 business days
Tracking status may take some time to update on the carrier’s website after shipment.
Customs & Import Duties
- United States: All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). No additional customs fees will be charged upon delivery.
- Canada / Australia: Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery. We can offer a partial discount to help offset customs costs — please contact us before purchase for consultation.
Remote Area Surcharge
If your address is located in a remote area as designated by our shipping carriers, an additional shipping fee may apply. In such cases, we will contact you to confirm the additional charge before shipping.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the item, and are displayed at checkout.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after purchase. Once order processing (including sourcing and preparation) has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
