Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped directly from Japan via FedEx, DHL, or Japan Post. Every shipment includes a tracking number.
Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes are accepted before shipment. Once the item has been shipped, the address cannot be changed.
Estimated Delivery Time
- United States: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 10–21 business days
- Asia-Pacific: 5–14 business days
- Other regions: 14–28 business days
Tracking status may take some time to update on the carrier's website after shipment.
Customs & Import Duties
- United States: All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). No additional customs fees will be charged upon delivery.
- Other countries: Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. However, we are flexible and can offer a discount to help offset customs costs. Please feel free to contact us before purchase for consultation.
Remote Area Surcharge
If your address is located in a remote area as designated by our shipping carriers, an additional shipping fee may apply. In such cases, we will contact you to confirm the additional charge before shipping.

Cancellation
