Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped directly from Japan via FedEx, DHL, or Japan Post.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping to the United States typically takes 7–14 business days. Delivery times to other countries may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

Are your products authentic?

Yes. Every item is carefully curated from trusted sellers across Japan. We stand behind the quality of all products we sell.

Do I need to pay customs or import duties?

For US orders: No. All orders to the United States are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — no additional fees upon delivery.

For other countries: Import duties and taxes may apply and are the buyer's responsibility. However, we can offer a discount to help offset customs costs — contact us before purchase.

Why are your prices so competitive?

We source directly from Japan and operate with minimal overhead, which allows us to offer competitive prices. No middleman fees, no inflated marketplace commissions — just fair prices passed directly to you.

Can I return an item?

Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If the item is significantly not as described, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility. See our Return Policy for full details.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately after purchase. Once order processing has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, as long as the item has not been shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other payment methods available through Shopify Payments.

Are items new or used?

Both. We offer a mix of brand-new and pre-owned items. The condition of each item is clearly stated on the product page with detailed descriptions and photographs.
